The way you can upload using the Flash technology, which by the way is one of the best I have seen. It functions smooth and seamlessly, but also provides data that I currently find very useful! I am currently on the job hunt, and this feature allows me to see in what specific areas and times my work is being viewed. By being to view this data, quickly, I am able to redesign my portfolio based on what files are being viewed the most and also making sure that my work is reaching the right audience. My favorite part of the site is the Asset Manager. Compared to other sites I believe it to be quite better. I like that it give you easy, but full control access to you files, and sharing. Also It' s not that complicated to figure out. As far as the other features, the Report feature I think is a good idea. It' easy to use and understand, I thin kit will be an extra to every member if they use for the purpose it's built for. Because the design is so consistent and follows a path analogous to interacting with the real world, I find it’s much easier to focus on my task than, say, when I’m using Google docs. In other words, it’s immersive and that helps me work more efficiently. I also appreciated the fact that the programming responded swiftly. Document sharing and managing can be very tedious, especially if one is always watching a dancing hour-glass. It's a wonderful idea and the best thing that will set museworks apart. As designers, we often wonder if clients have received files and that is great reassurance. I currently manage several websites, and part of my job entails reviewing the traffic to those sites. Having access to demographic data on our visitors is an invaluable asset and I am happy to see web analytics come to the already impressive MuseWorx Marketing OS. After reviewing the advisor analytics I am impressed with the new reports. They are generally intuitive and the video helps for the areas that are not initially apparent. I know from experience that many times clients/employers look, but then get busy and forget to go back and reclaim a particular artist/portfolio they meant to save! It always shows initiative when a prospective employee follows up. Plus the other good thing is that I can share my work to people who I can invite as guests which makes it a very pleasant introduction to jamuse for them (and an easy way of sharing my work for me). The other good thing is the download tool. It opens the online work straight away in Photoshop. Here are the reasons why: Unlike other sites an artist can upload numerous files simulataneously, this is advanced compared to the competitors out there. The professional look and atmosphere of the site speaks for itself. It is so simple for artists to set up their profile. When you mention the frustration of having to send large files to clients on your 'Quick Tour Presentation'. - I thought that this issue was being addressed to me personally! I can't begin to tell you the amount of complications that have derived from uploading files onto clients ftp servers. Or the amount of times clients have had problems trying to open Zip or Stuffit Files via email. - It's been a nightmare! So the prospect of being able to avoid all that will be a major relief. It is definitely a premier feature, this will greatly improve client communication, as they can view your work as if they are in front of you, and speak with you from the comfort of their home.
